该机床只要使用于内外圆、端面、锥面、弧面、螺纹、盘类和轴类零件的高效精密加工。刀具安装方式采用四工位电动刀架加三工位排式刀座（或采用排式刀座形式可安装6-8把刀）。

机床采用广州数控GSK980TA/TD数控系统，按客户需要选用不同的数控系统，主轴采用交流变频调速，可实现恒线速切削。该机床采用滑动贴塑（TSF）导轨，耐磨性好，接触刚性好，运动灵活，精度稳定，丝杠为中置式（安装于床身中间），消除了扭矩，提高了传动的稳定性。机床采用整体模块铸铁，经时效处理不变形，机床采用了超宽床身加强了支撑刚性，增加了车削的稳定性，因此该机床可进行强力切削。床身丝杠采用了前置直板式防护（非折叠式），提高了防水、防屑能力。机床导轨丝杠均采用自动周期润滑。

主轴轴承采用由轴承厂组配的预加符合的精密角接触球轴承和双列圆柱滚子轴承，可得到高精度、高刚度、高承载能力、高转速的优化组合。

该机床配有液压站，采用液压弹簧卡头加紧方式（也可选装φ160中空卡盘），配有手动尾座也可选装液压尾座），也可选装重锺式或液压自动送料架，便于自动化生产，使该机床适应和针对性更强。该机床结构紧凑、占地面积小、使用方便。

Main usage and features

The machine tool is mainly used to turning inner   and outer cylindrical surface,end surface,taper surtace,arcsurface and thread of shaft disk and shaft type ets.with highly efficient and accurate working.The tools is adopted 4 position motor tool rest and 3 position gang-type tool apron(or tools is adopted gang-type tool apron, It can be fitted 6-8).

The CNC control is adopted with GUANGZHOU CNC 980TA/TD system and be fitted with different CNC system according to customers requests. The spindle drive speed is adjusted by alterantion and frequency conversion,It realized permanent speed turning.The machine tool is adopted sliding guideway with a film of pasted plastic(TSF),the film is with good wear resistance,good contact rigidity,quick movement and steady accuracy.The leading screw is in center type(It is fitted center of bed),torgue was eliminated, transmissive stability was raised,The lathe is adopted whole modular cast,It is treated aging,so that cast is not deformation. The lathe is with wider bed,with this result supporting rigidity increase,and raise turning stability,Therefore the lathe can be strong turning.The leading screw of bed was protect with straight plat(non-folding protectioive shield),as a result protection of water and protection of chips was raised.The machine tool guideway and ball leading screws are bith lubricated periodically.

The spindle supporter is adopted with pre-loading accurate and angular contact ball bearings(assembly by bearing works),and with double cylindrical roll bearing.It can be acquire to optimige compound with high precision,High riidith,high load bearing ability and high turning speed.

The machine tool has been fitted hydraulic tank,It is adopted hydraulic-clamping coller chuck device(It can be fitted Φ160mm hydraulic chuck with though hole too), It is provided with hand tailstock(It can be fitted hydraulic tailstock too),and can be fitted in the form of weight or hydraulic automatic feeding supprot device too,and so it adapts process automation,its adaptable and directionality are more than even increase. The machine tool is compact construction, occupy small area,convenient for operation.
