TB-20FA型数控车床适用于内外径、端面和螺纹零件高效精密加工，刀具安装方式采用排式刀座形式，可安置4-6把刀，机床采用北京凯恩帝1000TⅡ数控系统，也可依客户需要可选配不同的数控系统。主轴采用交流变频调速，可实现恒线速切削。

    该机床采用直线导轨，气动夹紧方式。床身丝杠采用了前置直板式防护（非折叠式），提高了防水、防屑能力。机床导轨和丝械均采用自动周期润滑。机床采用全封闭防护，结构紧凑，占地面积小。

　　该机床主轴轴承采用由轴承厂组配的予加负荷的精密角接触球轴承，可得到高精度、高刚度、高承载能力、高转速的优化组合。独特设计了内置式弹簧夹头的主轴头结构，缩短了主轴夹持工件的悬伸，大大提高了机床的切削性能和搞震性能。用户可选装送料架或液压自动送料架，以适应自动化生产。

The spindle drive speed is adjusted by alterantion and frequency conversion,It realized permanent speed turning.

     This machine tool is adopted line guideways, and pneumatic clamp type, The leading screw of bed was protect with straight plate(non-folding protectiveshield), as a result protection water and protection of chips had ben raised. The machine tool guideway and the leading screws are both lubricated periodically.The machine tool is protected entirely closed,compact construction, with small area.

     The spindle supporter are adopted with pre-loading accurate and angular contact ball bearings(assembly by bearing works),and with double cylindrical rollbearing. Them can be acquoire to optimige compound with high precision, High rigidith, high load bearing ability and high turning speed. The construction ofspindle head was designed especially type, It collet chuck sleece was set in spindle, Thorefore it have made shortrning that contilever of spindle for clampingworkpiece. The lathe performance for cutting and anti-seismic has raise greatly.
