TB-25B车床主要用途和特点：

本机为新型TB-25B，，是我厂系列产品之一，它具有结构紧凑、精度高、切削力大等特点。适用与仪器、仪表、五金零件的加工，适用卡头可加工Φ25mm以下的棒料。

一、主轴材料采用优质合金钢，经热处理磨削加工，前端双列向心短柱滚子轴承，预紧力可随时调整，采用循环式润滑，降低轴承温升。

二、床身与拖板连接采用燕尾导轨，拖板移动采用斜夹条，接触面均匀，前刀架可旋转角度。

三、尾架套筒采用套齿式，行程大，移动灵活、方便，特别适用大孔径零件钻孔。

四、本机设置六种切削速度，具有脚离合装置，便于操作。

Main usage and feadtures

The machine is new TB-25B type.It’sone of the series of our factory’s production.It’s characterized by its compact construction,high precision,big cutting force etc.Suitable for the processing of instrument,meter and metal parts.It can process the bar stocks under Φ25mm by using the collet chuck.

1. The spindle is made of high quality alloy steel after head treatment grinding,It’s front extremity has double row cylindrical roller bearings.The prestressing force can be adjusted at any time.It’s lubricating is circular,lower the rising of the tempreture of bearing.

2. The bed and carriage are connected with swallow-tailed way.The travel of carriage in a oblique panel strip.The contace surface is even,and the front compound rest can turn a certain degree.

3. The tailstock sleeve is sleeve tooth from,It’s travel is long,agile and concenient to move.Particular suitable for drilling in large bore diameter parts.

4. This machine set up six kinds of cutting speeds with foot clutch install convenient for operation.
